Our farm/barn venue can host your event! We strive to make your event fun, memorable and reasonably priced! We even offer one hour of free venue time (a $50 value) to decorate/setup prior to your event, as a courtesy. No other venues that we know of offer this feature or ever offer to provide any free venue time.
Rates: Our party/meeting/event venue rental rates for our farm/barn venue are $300.00 for the first 2 hours and $50.00 per hour for each additional hour. So, for 4 hours (as an example), the cost would be $400.00. You can rent the venue for as long as you like since we have no time limitations, but our minimum rental time is 2 hours.
We do cater events onsite at a rate of only $20.00 per person for a full meal (we can provide you with our menu upon request), but there is no problem if you wish to utilize your own outside catering company or even a food truck, or if you want to bring in your own food/drinks. We stay onsite to assist you and service the guests and take care of the cleanup.
No extra charge for using our onsite petting zoo or riding horses with a handler, of course, for safety. We are a licensed and insured mobile petting zoo business, as well as a party/wedding venue business. The trained livestock can also be used for photo-ops, as well.
We have an outdoor photo booth available (can be decorated or use our farm decorations) to update pictures of your family/friends, at no extra charge.
There is an outside speaker/sound system available for no additional charge so you may play music from CDs, playlists from a cell phone or tablet using our Bluetooth receiver, or DJ services, etc. Outdoor lighting is available at no extra cost, when needed.
We have multiple electric mosquito (and other bugs) catchers set up outside on the venue, so no pests bother the guests, day or night. We can also provide our Tiki torches with bug repellant fuel to further quell the pests for the comfort of you and your guests.
We also rent out our popcorn machine and snow cone machine at a rate of only $60.00 for each machine, or only $100.00 for both machines that includes an operator and ALL materials.
Our indoor bldg has seating for 20-25 guests and 2 indoor restrooms, plus full kitchen and sternos to keep food warm. Food service is buffet style, and can be served either outside around the barn area, or inside, your choice.
